This wonderful mountain retreat with total privacy has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. From the side entry deck (with gas grill), you enter the living room/kitchen. 

The elegantly furnished, top-of-the-line kitchen features an eating bar with stools. The living room has soaring, vaulted exposed beam ceilings and a stacked stone fireplace with gas logs. 

The atrium doors lead you to the extra large screened porch with wicker furniture and a dining table for a breezy breakfast or dinner at dusk. This is extra living area for 9 months of the year and the views, especially in the winter,are fantastic. 

There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds on the main level, each with its own exterior door to a covered back porch with a view. The master bedroom (king bed) and bathroom are upstairs and the vaulted beam ceilings give the master an added sense of space.

"Feels like home..."

Our friends have rented this home several times and have asked us to come to the mountains to join them. It's a short and pleasant drive from Charlotte. The home is beautifully decorated and you have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is abundantly furnished with cooking supplies. We even found a couple decks of cards for a quick card game. Saluda is just down the road and the last time we were there we found the wonderful town of Brevard with all of its shops. While the guys played golf at a nearby golf course we enjoyed a day of shopping. In fact we loved Brevard so much we went back the next day. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to get away for a relaxing vacation. Even though you are close to the everything, once you get up the driveway you feel you miles away from everyone. And watching the sun come up over the mountains is magical.

"So cozy and inviting..."


We stayed here for a girls getaway weekend and LOVED every minute! This was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! The home was so cozy and inviting There were views on both sides which was such a fun surprise! We loved the front porch...spent hours relaxing and catching up with one another on the porch! The kitchen had everything you needed and more. The rooms and beds were great, and bathrooms were spacious which was wonderful! The owner is so very kind, thorough and very responsive! Such a treat to stay here and cannot wait to return!!!
